Delete via App

You can request account deletion directly within the PionaMood mobile application:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, please submit a request by emailing our support team at:

Please include the email address associated with your account, whether you signed in with Apple or Google, and a short statement requesting deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data Deletion Policy

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify account identity information and delete or anonymize associated app data where technically feasible and legally permitted, including:

  • Account information: user ID, email address, display name, avatar, and login identifiers.
  • Profile and report data: app profiles, birth information, generated reports, and saved preferences.
  • Usage content: chat history, mood records, journal-style entries, exercise feedback, and support records linked to the account.

Data Retention

Please note that certain records may be retained for a limited period when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment/subscription records, dispute resolution, or backup integrity:

  • Transaction records: purchase and subscription records may be retained as required by tax, accounting, app store, or payment rules.
  • Security records: limited technical logs may be retained for security auditing and abuse prevention.

Deleting your PionaMood account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
